Vancouver, B.C. - With the release of MJ's Documentary, The Last Dance, now airing in Canada on Netflix, athletes from The Vancouver Metro Basketball League™ took some time with us to share some of their favourite MJ moments, quotes and of course, kicks.

Tyrone, sincerely appreciate you taking the time and sharing your thoughts on the Last Dance documentary so far. Seeing you play at a high level during this past season of Metro League, the influence MJ has had on your game is undeniable.

The Documentary‍

Q: We're 4 episodes into this much anticipated documentary highlighting MJ's career. Tell us, what has stood out to you the most watching these last 4 episodes?

A: You could really see the evolution of the game and how all the rules have progressively changed. It’s cool to see the backstory of all these great players, where they grew up and how they became the players they are today.

Q: How about anything new? Is there something from Last Dance that has brought light to something you didn't know before?

A: One thing I’ve learned, was Scottie Pippen was the 122nd highest paid player, which is ridiculous. If he was playing in this era he’d, be one of the highest paid players.

R: Couldn't agree with you more on that.

Favourite MJ Moment‍

Q: Players from the Metro League have been sharing their favourite MJ moments and plays with us. Growing what, what was your favourite MJ moment?

A: One of my favourite moments was The Flu Game because when most of us have the flu, we stay home and lay in bed all day. But MJ literally played 44 minutes and

dropped 38 points.

Q: You've already shared the influence and inspiration MJ has had in your career. What would you say is your favourite quote from Jordan?

A: Well one of my favourite quotes by MJ is, "I’ve always believed that if you put in the work, the results will come," and that holds to be very true.

R: That one is one of our personal favourites as well.

Favourite Shoes

Q: We know you've got quite the collection of kicks. But when it comes to J's, what would you say is your favourite pair?

A: Have to go with the gamma 11s.

R: Enough said my man!
